Najprej sem malo tekal, se malo raztezal in potem sem za\u010del s spoznavanjem naprav, katera kaj po\u010dne in za trening katerih mi\u0161ic se jo uporablja. S trenerjem sva pri\u0161la nekje do polovice naprav. Vsaj takole na u\u010d. Navsai napravi sem naredil kakih 15 do 20 ponovitev.<\/p>\n<p>Trenutno \u010dutim nekaj bole\u010din v rokah in eno malenkost v nogah.<\/p>\n<p>Vtisi po prvem treningu? Prav pateti\u010dno se po\u010dutim kot en za\u010detnik ((kar najbr\u017e ni narobe, saj to tudi sem, mar ne?)) bolijo me roke in noge po eni uri in pol treninga. Sem mislil, da bom rabil mal ve\u010d, da se utrudim. Precej pomembno je, da imam ob\u010dutek, da sem nekaj naredil. \u010ce se ne bi vsaj malo utrudil, bi se mi verjetno zdelo, da ni\u010d ne delam.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010del sem, nadaljeval bom. \u010ce me do vsega skupaj, bom vztrajal eno leto.<\/p>\n<p>Ukinil sem <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Junk_food\" title=\"Junk food\" rel=\"wikipedia\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"zem_slink\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Junk_food\" title=\"Junk food\" rel=\"wikipedia\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"zem_slink\">junk food<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pepsi\" title=\"Pepsi\" rel=\"wikipedia\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"zem_slink\">pepsi<\/a> in le-temu podobne pija\u010de in danes sem pojedel pol kile ((ok, malenkost manj kot pol kile)) puste skute s skoraj ni\u010d ma\u0161\u010dobe.
