Imel sem dvanajst nadzorovanih treningov in predstavitev prakti\u010dno vseh naprav in orodij v telovadnici. Brez teh treningov, priznam, bi bil verjetno zelo zmeden in niti ne bi vedel kaj to\u010dno in predvsem kako to delati, ter bi tam po telovadnici malo taval sem ter tja.<\/p>\n<p>V ponedeljek se dobim s trenerjim, da skupaj sestaviva program treninga za naprej. Sedaj bom soliral. Bom zbral dovolj volje, da bom pri tisti petnajsti ponovitvi naredil \u0161e eno ali pa dve? Bom pri vsem vztrajal \u0161e vsaj en mesec? Bomo videli, bomo videli&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Kak\u0161no je pa stanje? Po enem mesecu nadzorovanega treninga in bolj ali manj lastne prehrane z upo\u0161tevanjem nekaj nasvetov sem ter tja, s strani trenerja in ljudi, ki se s tem ukvarjajo \u017ee precej dalj \u010dasa in predvsem s popravki glede na bolj\u0161e razumevanje prebave in prehrane je stanje presenetljivo dobro. Tehtnica je danes zjutraj na te\u0161\u010de pokazala 66.2 kg, danes zve\u010der 66.4kg.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce bi stvar \u0161la linearno naprej, se bom v enem letu zredil za 60kg, ne za 10kg, kolikor sem planiral.
